I was still suffering from crippling DOMS a few days after my first Pump class in 3 months and I was a little apprehensive about heading to the gym. I really wanted to train though and figured I may as well at least give it a go!
And you know what? After my RPM and Pump classes, my DOMS disappeared! Problem solved!
The classes felt great! Obviously I am not at my peak for RPM - I didn't want to push myself too hard in fear of aggravating my injury, but I felt on top of the world by the end of the class! Pump was equally as good - I am loving the new release! I modified things again and did squats instead of lunges and reduced my weights a little, but overall I am really happy with where I'm at.
