I had set myself a 2,000 calorie challenge for this morning! I hadn't done anything like that since last year so I thought it was about time!
I started off with RPM and was disappointed to see our normal instructor was away. I drive farther than my normal gym specifically for his class, he's THAT good! The replacement was alright, but she didn't try to push the group as hard as our usual instructor, so I found myself dialing up the intensity much more regularly than she was asking.
I had a 20 minute gap between RPM and Pump, so I changed my shoes and hopped on the Elliptical! I had never tried the elliptical before, but I figured it was the closest to running that I am allowed at the moment! It was fun!
Pump was particularly great! The instructor took us back a couple of releases and ah, it brought back memories!! We ended up doing my absolute favourite Pump release and I smashed it out! I increased my biceps and squat weights and it felt so good!
I feel on top of the world!!
