I had my wisdom teeth removed this morning and one of the post-op instructions was "no exercise" and "no heavy lifting" for a week. It will be the first time in 4 months that I haven't exercised for a whole week! I don't know what I'm going to do with myself! Exercise has become such an important part of my day... Mind you, I can hardly walk up stairs without feeling like I'm going to faint, so it's probably a good thing they explicitly told me not to exercise!
I hope I will be back up and running in a week... Meanwhile, I am bound to lose quite a bit of weight this week. I doubt I will feel like eating much and have been instructed to eat cold foods, so my diet this week will consist of -
* Protein shakes
* Mashed banana
* Mashed potato
* Mashed sweet potato
* Scrambled eggs
Not a very balanced diet, but it will have to do. I don't think I'll be eating anything today. I felt sick even just taking my pain killers and antibiotics, so there's no way I could hold food down even if I was hungry.
Back to bed for me...
