6am Pump... 456 cals gone.

Squats 15kg (=)
Chest 7.5kg (=)
Back 15kg (+2.5kg - this was a bit too much for the double clean and press we were doing this morning!)
Triceps 5kg (=)
Biceps 7.5kg (=)
Lunges 15kg (=)
Shoulder 3.75kg/arm (=)
