High on Endorphins..


I just went for a run... Twice. I figured I had better get a good run in as I am starting to feel sick (just a cold).

I ran my 2.4km lap and then another 1 - 1.5km after a few minutes break. I then walked around the park again, so I was gone for about half an hour. And oh-mah-gosh I feel good!! I really need to do more long running sessions! Endorphins are addictive...

Anyway, here are my stats:

Distance: 2.4km
Time: 13 minutes 22 seconds
Pace: 8:58/mi (5:34/km)
HR: 128bpm at finish
Comments: Felt really good throughout the entire run. Was a very comfortable pace.
