Meanwhile, I went for a run again today... I ran 2.4km in 17 minutes (stopped 3 times for ~5 min total). It's an accomplishment seeing as I had stopped exercising for about 5 weeks! It felt really good, and hopefully I'll be able to build on that to run even further/faster. I also bought a skipping rope today!!! I haven't done skipping since I was a little kid so it was a rather funny experience!! At least I'll be able to do some cardio work on the balcony when it's dark!!
